Noxton's Silk Screen glowing paint for glass is used to get luminous patterns on the glass and ceramic surfaces using the silk screening method. It forms a homogenous luminescent surface that can withstand resistant to impact of any external factors. Light-accumulative paint has high gloss level.
Ingredients of the glowing paint: Noxton's Silk Screen luminescent paint for glass is made using high quality polyurethane resins with high adhesion that is prepared for mixing with a glow component.
Purpose of the luminous paint: Any types of glass and ceramic surfaces and porcelain. Regular glasses, cups, wine glasses, ashtrays. Shops and supermarkets windows, mirrors, glass furnishings, glass balls, vases, pitchers, glass tables and shelves, appliances holders and a lot more.
Properties of the luminescent paint: Applied to the surface self-luminous paint is whitish (translucent) during the day. It glows green and light blue in the dark (see the other glow colors below). Glow duration of the paint (up to 8-12 hours) depends on the time and intensity of its exposure to the light source. Glow paint can be charged by any source of light: Sun, ordinary electric lamps, DRL, fluorescent lamps, ultraviolet, etc.
Methods of applying the glowing paint: Silk screening.
Use of the glowing paint: Screen printing forms made from synthetic fabrics are used for printing. It is recommended to use the grid from 60 to 80. The surface should be clean and dry. You have to mechanically remove the grease. Before using the light-accumulative paint TAT 33 you have to mix it thoroughly until smooth (compulsory condition). It is recommended to make some samples before printing the main product. Drying time: about 3 hours on the racks at a temperature of +20°C and about 15 minutes when drying at a temperature of +60°C. Detailed instructions will be provided.
Consumption of the luminescent paint: up to 10-12 m2 /l.
Recommendations: The brightest glow effect can be reached by applying a glow paint to the light types of glass. Darker surface accumulates more emitted energy. When painting certain surfaces it is recommended to cover them with white primer before starting the application of the paint.
Glow paint and human's health: Nonradioactive, nontoxic, nonflammable.
Storage of the luminescent paint: Keep in a tightly sealed container at a temperature from 0°C to +40°C. Storage life of the luminescent paint is up to 200 years, thanks to "KeepSafe" technology*.
